It is pleasant to note that the process of development of JC “Princip” is dynamic, and as of today, the Corporation having crossed the mark of 7 years already has 53 branches in various regions of Ukraine and other countries (Poland, Germany, Israel), where highly qualified lawyers, economists, accountants, experts, and analysts work, providing for unique possibility to protect clients and represent their interests with high quality and good results.
In 2006, the Land Department was established at our Legal Corporation, which Department provides for advice and services on the matters of documentation expertise and legalization of plots of land, re-legalization of land etc.
On September 13, 2005, Permanent court of arbitration was established at the Juridical Corporation “Princip”, which became one of the largest and dynamically developing courts of arbitration of Ukraine during more than 3 years of its work, 159 arbitrators, who were qualifies and took special training course, work at the court. For the purpose of providing legal and judicial assistance, 53 branches of Permanent court of arbitration have been established practically in every region of Ukraine, it prevents individuals and enterprises from spending lots and lots of time for traveling to courts, and provides them with the possibility to consider all the disputes in locations of their residence. The Juridical Corporation “Princip” actively co-operates with governmental authorities, Ministries, Technical Inventory Bureau associations, Goskomzem (The State Committee on Land Resources), Goszeminspectsiya (State Land Inspection), and their structural subdivisions, state and large commercial enterprises, financial companies, industrial and power-producing enterprises.
Active work is being conducted with specialized and business mass media, TV channels, radio stations for popularization of arbitration proceedings among people and representatives of business elite. Under the aegis of Permanent court of arbitration at JC “Princip” permanent qualification courses for candidates for arbitrator posts have been established. Specialized round tables and seminars devoted to arbitration proceedings, judicial practice, and urgent legislative matters are conducted on a regular basis.
On June 08, 2007, with the participation of JC “Princip”, “Ukrainian Independent Institute of forensic examination” was founded and incorporated; the said Institute included leading forensic experts.
Besides, for the purpose of providing more comprehensive protection of clients’ interests, the Juridical Corporation “Princip” has created an information and analytical department, which included experienced lawyers who have academic degrees, PR-consultants, newspapermen. The Department carries out a number of measures directed at development of a client’s image, conducts press conferences, round tables, provides for press relations, and supervises image arrangements for clients of the Corporation.
